Elle Sud Returns Policy: Making Things Easy for You

We want you to love your Elle Sud piece! However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help you return it.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Return window: You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return, including made-to-order pieces. Once you start your return request, you have 7 days to send the item(s) back to us.
  • Initiating a return: Simply email our friendly team at management@ellesud.com with your request. They'll guide you through the process.
  • Return shipping: You'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We highly recommend getting a tracking number for your peace of mind. Elle Sud cannot be held accountable for lost returns.
  • Condition of returned items: To be eligible for a credit note, your items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. All original tags and packaging must also be included.
  • Original packaging: Please return your items in the original packaging they arrived in. If you don't have the original box, we may deduct a packaging fee from your credit note.
  • Incorrect return documents: If you use incorrect return documents and it causes us additional costs, those fees may be deducted from your credit note.
  • Inspections and decisions: All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Elle Sud reserves the right to determine if items are in their original condition. If an item doesn't meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to you.
  • Custom-made pieces: We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on custom-made pieces, as they are designed and made specifically for you. This includes garments made to your measurements, altered in any way, or with changes to color, length, or design.
